Computer Design

3D Software to import your computer designed files
All supported files including DXF, DWG, IGS, SLDPRT, STP, SLDDRW and PDX, just to name a few, and many more.
Files can be imported via Email or FTP.
We can print the files in DXF, HPG, PDF and SLDDRW formats

Shearing

C&D Metal Products, air shear makes it possible to shear carbon steel with a thickness of up to 10ga and stainless steel to 1/8", and aluminum to 3/16". We can handle lengths up to 12', and our sheet metal shear includes back gauging to insure precision and accuracy

Punching/Laser Capabilities

We have fully tooled CNC, 33 Ton Amada turret punch press (50" x 72" (50" x 144" W/Repo) 58 station 2 auto index turrets with a 04-PC Fanuc control along with a 33 Ton Amada turret punch press, 40” x 40”, 56 station with a RS232C Interface, programmed directly using Striker, ensuring accurate and highly efficient manufacturing throughout all stages of the process

Metal Finishing

C&D Metal Products strive to make sure that you receive quality parts; we provide blasting, vibratory bowl, and tumble barrel mass finishing deburring services that can process many different sizes and types of parts. We utilize various types of media… including stone, ceramic, steel, and sand. We also provide complete paint/powder coating, and silkscreen needs, as well as any plating needs to ensure the right finish for your product

Forming

When it comes to press brake fabrication, C&D Metal Products really puts the pressure on. We take on anything from simple brackets to intricate metal housings, and everything in between.

Our Amada press brake is a high-speed, hydraulic, up-acting press brake with 88 tons of capacity and a bed length of 8 feet. This press brake is equipped with a large pump, which provides extra speed for longer production runs. The numerical controls allow for input of flange dimensions and ram position (up to 99 steps) with back gauging that guarantee a level of precision and versatility that is unbeatable. We are able to form carbon steel as thick as 3/8", stainless steel and aluminum brass.

Hardware

PEM SETTER / HARDWARE INSERTION HAEGER hydraulic press for insertion of fasteners, power settings of 1,200 to 12,000 lbs. Equipped for all PEM style hardware

Welding

We offer an array of options. Our certified welders can take on the most complex jobs. Services include welding stainless steel, sheet metal and a wide range of special metal welding services. Two common methods of welding involve Metal Inert Gas, or MIG, and Tungsten Inert Gas, or TIG. We do both, and we do them well. Our traditional MIG and TIG welding services can meet all your welding needs for carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminum

Welding

AC/DC Miller & DC Miller Mig welder machines along with competent welders to handle the majority of aluminum, stainless and steel jobs.

Assembly

Welding and assembly work requires a high level of skill and experience. We have both.

Welding and assembly is one of the most labor-intensive parts of any job, so you want experts who know how to do it in an economical and cost-effective way.

Our assembly teams are skilled in quality, accurate metal welding and assembly. We provide an unrivaled level of intricate and detailed workmanship on weldments of all sizes.
